Meatballs

Mike T…you’re right: Garlic powder is a no-no. So is white bread in my book. I’ve never heard that before in meatball recipe.
Thankfully, that wasn’t my meatball recipe, I pulled it from Epicurios.com for a laugh.
God, I love meatballs.

large slices white bread, crusts trimmed, torn into pieces
1/2 cup milk
1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef
1 1/2 pounds ground pork
2 large eggs
1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
1/2 cup grated Parmesano Reggiano cheese
2 tablespoons garlic powder
2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons pepper
1/4 cup olive oil
