Stirring some fiber into the pot…
by John BI recommend that both Russ and Mike T add some additional fiber to their diets, because at the rate they’re going they’ll be completely stopped-up by April. Â
- Maybe eating some steel cut oatmeal in the morning with fresh blueberries?
- An apple as a mid-day snack instead of that hot pretzel?
- Also, try to fill your plates with some leafy green veggies with dinner. Spinach is a good choice.
Also for Russ, I recommend substituting soothing chamomile tea for coffee.
