I recommend that both Russ and Mike T add some additional fiber to their diets, because at the rate they’re going they’ll be completely stopped-up by April.  

  • Maybe eating some steel cut oatmeal in the morning with fresh blueberries?
  • An apple as a mid-day snack instead of that hot pretzel?
  • Also, try to fill your plates with some leafy green veggies with dinner. Spinach is a good choice.

Also for Russ, I recommend substituting soothing chamomile tea for coffee.
