I enabled categories.  You’ll see it on the left sidebar.  When you write a post, there is a category selection drop-down that lets you pick a category for your post.  By default, “Discussion” is selected.  No need to change this for a normal post.  Currently you can also choose “Cup o’ Joe” (please select if you are writing an installment of the Cup o’ Joe column) and Predictions (self-explanatory).  This will make these posts easier to find, and project “Cup o’ Joe” as a stand-out feature of the site.  You have to give me some time to figure out how to make some of the other suggested features work.
