		<description>I had always assumed we were counting those types of hits as +1.  (i.e. you couldn&#039;t get a +1 for getting a hit with a guy on 1st that didn&#039;t end up leading to an RBI, but you couldn&#039;t get a -1 in that situation either).   My general understanding would be any time you drive in a run in the close game it is a +1.</description>
