As I said in my earlier Post – the Man vs. Wild guy has turned out to be a farce.  (Thanks to Matt for the heads up). He apparently stays in hotels, had a raft “pre-built” for him, claimed to be on a desert island (when he was in Hawaii), and other aspects of the show are “dramatizations”.  As I said, Surviorman (who has to film himself) is much more realistic and he is out there trying to survive, not put himself into more danger for the camera crew.  Discovery says that from now on the show will be 100% transparent including a disclaimer that will precede each episode explaining that some of the events being depicted are dramatized.  Â
