I don’t want to hear anything about Sardinha’s “speed”. He should have scored from second on Cano’s hit. And he was lucky he eventually scored from third. I think I’m faster than that guy. Give me a break.
And how could Giambi not hit a ball into the outfield? Three swings and misses? Ridiculous.

“Fatman and Ribbon”  I like that.  I didn’t see the middle of the game, or the post game.  Why did Torre take Igawa out after 5 innings?  He had only 87 pitches.  Did he have a tough time in the 5th, or is Torre mismanaging his pitchers again?

Did the Yanks insult their mothers? They celebrated their extra inning win last night like they won the Series. Actually, I like that, a young team not mailing it in because the season is on its last legs.

Ahh….. real time.  I get it.  That was pretty creative – “the Wizard of Oz.”  Those guys kill me.  Now, if they could just apply some of that imagination and energy into…… well forget it!
