If you google “Hank Steinbrenner” today there is an interesting 1990 Time magazine article with a telling Dave Righetti story about Hank. I’m suspecting the baseball apple did not fall from the tree. Not encouraging. It would also kill any Righetti for pitching coach possibilities, I think.
