Jeter has no problem with MLB blood tests for any illegal substance without significant restrictions, if I heard the radio report correctly today. He is implying the players’ union has hurt baseball, at least in public perception, by contractual restrictions on testing.

I was in Rome most of last week, we may need a substance test for double espresso, that stuff is    a borderline hallucinogen.
