The New York Yankees and Dallas Cowboys announced a joint venture today, Legends Hospitality Management, which will handle the catering, concessions and retail merchandising at the teams’ new stadiums. They are going to compete for the concessions at other stadiums. Each team borrowed $100 Million. Goldman Sachs and CIC Partners were the equity firms involved.
