By the way, this presumes a third catcher and I hate this lineup! But I figure, the Yankees never do what I want so in a sense, I guess I’m trying the strategy of the “Reverse Maverick” on them. But if they really do this, I might have to go “Double Maverick” on them!

Very similiar to Joe. Not much happening here…no major moves other than Sabathia. This lineup would be hard to watch.
Yeah, I deliberately made it that way – the “Reverse Maverick” strategy is doing the opposite so instead of coming up with all of these brilliant moves with a spectacular lineup, I decided to go the way of the Yankees being able to pull off not much except spending $$$ on Sabathia and shipping some prospects for Swisher (who isn’t all that bad).
I agree, I like Swisher. There are some interesting names out there that could be creative options for first base..like Joe Crede.
