Texeria is a little bit of a luxury – and first base may need to be available for someone (Posada, or some other player) so I don’t know about signing him. 

Manny as discussed before does present headaches.  But - as Mike points out (with the funny picture) Manny will provide the protection.  Two Hall of Famers back to back (and belly to belly). 

What’s up with the Yankees asking the Brewers to kick in a few dollars on Cameron?  They take CC away and then add insult by asking for a couple of Mill?  Come on!  The Brewers must have been like: “Surely you must be kidding?”  I’m not kidding and don’t call me Shirley (line from Airplane).
