Attendance – I would have guessed 2002, But I think I’m wrong. I know they have topped 4 million the last four years.
Home Run in First Major League AB in 21st Century – My guess is Marcus Thames off Randy Johnson.
Attendance: I am going to guess the 1998 season.
Home Run in First Major League AB in 21st Century: I know Andy Phillips did it, but I believe Mike T. is correct with Marcus Thames. Thames came before Phillips.
The answers:
1. 1999 (3,293,659 fans). Nobody wins.
2. Marcus Thames (June 10, 2002) and it certainly was off of “The Big Waste.”
