The 104 list is just subterfuge.  That list is a list of morons.  People who continued to take PEDs even knowing that they would be tested (supposedly annonymously).  So they were players who believed that the tests would be annonymous, yet still did PEDs.

Remember, if the test came back with a small % no testing would have been implemented.  So these were guys who 1) knew they would be tested, 2) knew they were taking something, 3) believed the tests would be annonymous, and 4) didn’t care that if they tested positive mandatory testing could be implemented.

People (like Schilling) who claim that once the 104 list comes out it will lift the shadow over all of the “clean” players is B.S.  The 104 are simply the idiots who didn’t care if mandatory testing was implemented.  There could have been lots of players who stopped using in the hope that the testing would not have reached the threshhold and thus no mandatory testing would be implemented.
