A disaster no doubt but we have other fish to fry

Some questions I have:
1) Tex being taken out.  Does that mean he’s more hurt than anyone is willing to admit?  Or, was it just because the game got out of hand and no sense in keeping him in?  I know the MRI was negative but his batting average is that connected to this?  Or is [...]

A-Rod’s absence

Probably the smartest move he made in a while. He would have had a generous proportion of booing, and the game itself turned into as a disaster. (It’s not over as I write but I’m calling it).

Nice win

and nice way to finish up a very tough road trip.  We have to be happy with a 5 and 4 road record, especially starting out 0 and 2.  Andy was good again.  Bruney looks great, Mo is Mo and the Captain comes through.  I think we are seeeing how this starting rotation will prevent [...]
