the formula for being swept, one heartbreaking loss, one demolition and one game thats played in a fog. i thought last night would be close because of pettitte but the steal of home is a total breakdown of concentration including the manager. everyone should be running through the possibilities with ellsbury on third. girardi got a real indoctrination into yankee red sox this weekend. it was not kind to him.
