I really enjoy..

I don’t know about the rest of you, but I could listen to Cone and Singleton all season long. It’s a relaxed broadcast. I don’t miss Michael Kay one bit. It almost peaceful without Kay. No over-the-top calls, no ridiculous discussion, no yelling….just a simple and calm call of the game….and great baseball insight.

I’ve seen this movie before

I’m glad for Hughes, especially after his difficulties as one of the Cashman anointed wunderkind of last year. But this happens all the time, a non-rotation guy gets a start, does well, and the media inks him in to the rotation the next day and declares one starter-slot problem solved for the season and beyond.
