We’ve been saying it over and over.   They are just not getting hits in the clutch.  Cashman has tied Girardi’s hands with a completely useless bench.  With Pena and Molina in the game, and Swisher getting tossed,  the bench had Angel Berroa, and Franscisco Cirvelli.  Wow that’s bad.  Of course there was no one to pinch hit.  

And by the way, greed has killed the vibe at the stadium.  It’s pathetic. 

And one more thing.  I’m going to tear my hair out if anyone starts talking about silver linings…. Joba struck out 12, A.J looked good, Teixeira got that double to tie the game.  Its all crap.  WINS.  That’s what matters.
