I know I said previously that this new stadium seemed very quiet.  It did.  But maybe I didn’t give people enough time.  Maybe it wasn’t the stadium at all.  Maybe now that people are over their awe of the new stadium, there are more fans actually into the game. Being at the game this Sunday, you could tell that fans were just waiting to get excited about something.  In the eighth inning, they got their chance.  The place was roaring for the rally.  It had to be intimidating. I was very happy to hear this and it made me feel better about the new ballpark.  This was the loudest I have heard it so far and rivaled the noise at the old stadium.  Hopefully we’ll hear it be topped next Sunday against the Red Sox.
