Wed, 08 Feb 2012 19:18:20 +0000 http://wordpress.org/?v=2.9.2 hourly 1 http://www.yankeeroundtable.com/2009/06/12/little-league/comment-page-1/#comment-40021 russ Fri, 12 Jun 2009 20:35:24 +0000 http://www.yankeeroundtable.com/?p=5320#comment-40021 Girardi (and Cashman) have to start coming to some conclusions very fast: 1) Either wang is in and Joba goes to the pen or wang is on injured/rehab the whole year until rosters expand sept 1. 2) the yankee OF defense is the worst i have ever seen. either Nady is back soon or austin jackson is up. 3) Brett Gardener is done. 4) the rotation is readjusted to CC, Joba, Andy, AJ, Hughes (assuming wang is out) keep Joba and Hughes separated. 5) Aceves gets the 8th inning, Coke and Melanson get the 7th, stick with something for more than a week. and try to get bullpen help. 6) Posada plays everyday and bats 5th - all the time. he's the only one consistent enough to hit behind a rod. we are going to have to risk it on days he is the DH that Cervelli doesn't get hurt. 7) err on the side of leaving the starter in. I know CC was out of gas but this bullpen stinks. 8) stop being stupid. no bunting when u should steal, no taking a rod out and playing for a tie, no playing for a tie on the road, etc. 9) send swisher to a cal ripken jr baseball clinic, or send the entire coaching staff there, doesnt anyone know how to run the bases? 10) did i mention to stop being stupid?
