Congress is looking at him again re: his earlier steroid testimony – perjury perhaps?  Sammy thought he was home free with his original defense when he testfied alongside Palmiero and McGwire. Remember the “no speakee the englee” defense? It was so effective then it may have reviewed in law journals. Don’t think it will work this time.  He better bring one of his corked bats in to the Congressional chamber to help him defend himself.
