Can’t complain about a 9-1 homestand, taking over first place, Joba seems like he’s with the program and everything else that went right since the All Star break. Things will get a little bit harder, as they head to Tampa and to the west coast for a couple of trips. I think based on Mitre and Andy’s recent struggles, Cashman should be on the look out for a veteran, dependable, innings eating starter. That way we have some Andy insurance and someone can take away the innnigs load from Joba (in light of his innings limitations the Yankees have imposed on him this year).
