AJ is the game 2 starter. Molina is catching. Jorge is sitting. Jorge went to reporters today and said “we better win the game. That’s all I have to say right now.” Oh no. I love Molina’s defense, but I don’t know, Jorge has so much playoff experience…… it can’t be good. What is the ripple effect with the rest of the guys?

Sometimes it’s tough to get what you want in life. AJ just notched the pressure on himself twenty fold. If he doesn’t pitch well, Girardi will hear it – AJ will hear it from Jorge especially. I’m not so much on Girardi, this is AJ’s decision. He must of gone to Girardi and Girardi obliged him. This has the potential to really backfire.
