Randy Johnson related Trivia…
by Mike TWith the retirement of Randy Johnson, a key component to the 2005-2006 Yankees, I thought it would be appropriate to bring up some Randy Johnson related trivia.
Randy Johnson retires with a career ERA of 3.2928, currently 8th among active pitchers (both relievers and starters - min of 1000 innings, 100 career decisions), who is the active career leader in ERA?
Randy Johnson retires with 303 career wins, most among active pitchers (Glavine is retired right?).  Who is the career wins leader among remaining active pitchers? (AL and NL)
Randy Johnson retires with 4875 strikeouts (2nd most all time). Who is the career strikeout leader among active pitchers? (AL and NL).

ERA
Since you threw relievers in there, I’m going to guess Mariano Rivera. He has to have racked up 100 decisions by now. If it were limited to starters, I’d guess either Johan or Pedro.
Wins
I really don’t know, but I’m going with Jamie Moyer. He’s 46? 47? They have to be piling up.
Strikeouts
Pedro again? I think I remember hearing this during the playoffs.
Mike G is Right…. And all of the answers have a Yankee slant…
1. Mariano is the active leader in ERA 2.2541. Among active Starters, Pedro has the lowest career ERA of 2.9254
2. Moyer is the active career leader in wins in the NL with 258. In the AL its a Yankee….Hmmm who could it be. Andy Pettitte with 229.
3. Pedro is the active career leader in Ks in the NL with 3154. The AL leader is a Yankee (only recently so).. Javier Vazquez with 2253.
