Ok, so the team dropped a game to the A’s.  I’ve been watching, playing, loving, observing, obsessing about baseball for 30 years, not as long as some other people, but………  I’ve never heard of the unwritten code of conduct which says that an opposing player can’t walk on the pitcher’s mound.  What the heck is Dallas Braden talking about?  A-Rod I’m sure was in a daze thinking about the at-bat which just occurred while he was walking back to the dugout.  Braden is just smoking something, I don’t know.  I think the next time he pitches against the Yankees, everyone on the team should do it, and then if he hits someone… let’s just clear the benches!  Send Nick Swisher and March Thames  out there to be the enforcers and Swisher can yell: “IT IS ON… LIKE DONKEY KONG!”

As for AJ Burnett, let’s see another good start tonight against the Angels on the road.  Is it me, or when this guy loses — he’s like an “alibi Ike?”  It’s like Clemens.  Whenever Clemens went out there and lost, there was always some reason.  Just an observation.
