Roundtable Day
by JoeThanks to John S. (and Chris) for hosting another “un”successful Roundtable get-together. Our record on these occasions is pretty lousy, but the food, drink and company are always great.
I spent a great Father’s Day at the stadium and watched CC befuddle the Mets bats, Jeter hobble around and Tex pretend it was 2009. Also, I can’t wait to read my Father’s Day gift. Thanks Mike!

That might be thanks Mikes.. I not-so-subtly suggested to Mike that the book was on sale at Costco.
I echo Joe’s comments. Thanks to John for a well hosted Roundtable day. Jeanne was impressed with the glass bottle of outfield dirt and the Mother’s day Mickey Mantle 500th HR picture.
Look at you trying to take some credit. The plan was already there and I used a coupon at Borders. :)
Ok. Then Mike gets all the credit. I too will be reading the Steinbrenner book, probably starting this weekend.
