by Mike TA-Rod on the recommendaiton of Kobe Bryant and with the blessing of the Yankees and the Commissioner’s office, was sent off to Germany for some sort of centrifuge treatment for his knee. You can’t make this stuff up.
In other news, the Yankees signed Hideki Okajima to a minor league contract with an invitation to spring training. He’s a lefty, so he’s worth a shot I guess.
This is what qualifies as news in the Yankees off season this year. WHOOPPEE!! Who the heck is pitching for this team other than CC?

I guess Kobe gave A-Rod his recommendation about knee procedures after he advised him on the value of pre-nups in California.
Or the risks of forcing unwanted sexual advances on women in hotel rooms.
A “Dumb and Dumber” remake by those two would be a documentary, not a fictional comedy.
